. After Christmas I said to myself no more iced ring doughnuts, well at least cut back a little, but then you know what, a cup of tea just didn't seem the same, so now I will just have to get the bike out of the shed when this awful cold weather has cleared and see if I can hit my 09 goals. In the meantime a cup of tea and a you know what for me !!!!
